Introduction
CAN are a communication services provider experienced in delivering telecommunication services day in, and day out to Public Sector organisations demanding quality, cost effectiveness & longevity. The CAN portfolio now includes fixed line services including both in-bound and out-bound calling solutions and Mobile telephone services.
The purpose of this document is to provide you with an overview of the business benefits of our in-bound telephony solutions. To clarify some of the industry jargon and cost issues that exists within the industry. The service numbers are known as Non Geographic Numbers (NGN - e.g. 0800, 0845) The Contents are as follows:
