How do I turn voicemail on my mobile on/off?

Activate voicemail then dial 222, listen to the message - when finished, please turn mobile off and wait 5 minutes, turn on.

To de-activate voicemail, please contact CAN networks on 0845 456 7557.

What is the default PIN code?

It is 1210.

How do I change this to my own PIN code

This needs to be done in security settings, please see manual provided with phone. This is due to every phone being different.

What if my phone is asking for an unlocking code or PUK?

Contact your communications manager or CAN networks for further assistance.

What happens if I damage my mobile phone?

Contact your communications manager to complete a fault sheet with a reference number.
