CAN Fault Reporting Made Easy
Should you experience any difficulties with any aspect of the services CAN provides, please follow the simple steps set out below.

When you call please have the following information to hand:
- Company Name
- Account Number (if known)
- Contact Name
- Your contact Telephone Number
- The product or type of service at fault
- The telephone Number or circuit reference number the fault relates to
- Description of the fault?
- If the fault relates to difficulties dialling specific numbers, please have the date and time these were called
- Make of the PBX (if applicable) and the details of the maintainer
- Any further information that you think may be useful
We will record these details and deal with the entire problem on your behalf.
You will be given a CAN fault reference number and given access to the CAN fault tracking systems portal "ATOM's on-line" Login
CAN will keep you informed on the progress of the fault resolution via telephone and ATOM's will also be used to provide automatic email updates.
