Management Reporting
Management reporting is an essential function of our billing activity. We use the reports in two ways:
- To give you concise, easy to read and relevant information which increases your understanding of your fixed and mobile telecoms usage and expenditure
- To provide us with information to be able to identify opportunities for further improvements and cost reductions.
Operations Managers Reports
The Operations Manager reports begin at with top level call analysis information. Showing total expenditures and consolidations by costly numbers, frequently dialled and most expensive calls etc. (as required).
As part of our value added services CAN also produce "Zero billing Lines" reports and fraud monitoring services such as "Calls Still in Progress". Making clients aware of unusual calling patterns is all part of the service.
Finance & Budget Managers - Cost Centre Reporting
The reports can provide information in any particular relevant format, taking calls down to all locations/departments or if required by cost centre.
